Scrum Master

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies
• Removing obstacles that hinder the team’s progress
• Closely collaborating with the Product Owner on backlog management and task prioritization
• Coaching the team in agile principles and supporting self-organization
• Ensuring smooth development processes and continuously improving them
• Shielding the team from outside disruptions to maintain their focus
• Promoting transparent and effective communication within the team
• Monitoring and evaluating team performance metrics, and supporting planning

What we expect from you:

• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum
• At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Experience in people and team development (e.g. Management 3.0, Coaching, Liberating Structures, etc.)
• A technical background is a plus
• Experiences in launching new teams
• Experiences in delivering complex projects is a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Skilled in facilitating improvements and removing impediments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A team player who fosters transparency and collaboration
• Fluent in English, both spoken and writte

What we offer you:

• Base monthly salary starting at €2800 gross
• On top of that, annual bonuses of up to 15%
