Become part of the CETIN Networks team (a sister company of O2 Slovakia), which owns and operates the O2 telecommunications infrastructure.
The Head of Product is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the end-to-end product strategy across Cetin International's portfolio of telecommunications infrastructure and managed services. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (or equivalent C-level), this role leads a team of Product Managers and owns the entire product lifecycle — from market intelligence and concept development through to commercial launch, performance optimization, and sunset.
The ideal candidate combines deep telco domain expertise, strategic vision, and strong people leadership skills, with a proven track record of growing B2B and/or wholesale product portfolios in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
Defining and driving the multi-year product roadmap for Cetin International's portfolio, including infrastructure services (dark fibre, co-location, backhaul), managed connectivity (SD-WAN, MPLS, Private 5G), IoT, and cloud-enabled services
Translating corporate strategy and market intelligence into actionable product initiatives aligned with revenue, margin, and market share objectives
Prioritizing the product portfolio based on customer value, competitive positioning, and strategic fit across all active markets
Team Leadership & Development
Building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing, cross-market team of Product Managers
Setting clear objectives, KPIs, and career development paths for direct reports
Fostering a culture of customer-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous innovation within the product organization
Market & Customer Intelligence
Overseeing ongoing competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and trend monitoring across CEE markets (5G infrastructure sharing, open RAN, neutral host models, edge computing, etc.)
Working closely with Sales, Key Account Management, and Customer Success teams to synthesize customer insights and translate them into product requirements
Engaging directly with strategic customers and partners to validate product concepts and gather feedback
Go-to-Market & Commercialization
Owning pricing strategies, business models, and commercial structures for the full product portfolio (e.g., capacity-based pricing, subscription bundles, SLA tiers)
Collaborating with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Legal to develop compelling go-to-market materials, propositions, and sales enablement assets
Leading product launches across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with local regulatory and commercial requirements
Cross-functional Collaboration
Acting as the primary bridge between technical teams (Network Engineering, IT, Operations) and commercial functions (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Legal)
Driving alignment with the Cetin Group product organization and parent company initiatives where relevant
Representing the product function in executive forums, board presentations, and external industry events
Financial & Performance Management
Owning the P&L accountability for the product portfolio, including revenue forecasting, budget management, and profitability tracking
Defining and monitoring product KPIs (revenue growth, ARPU, churn, NPS, time-to-market, adoption rates)
Identifying opportunities for product rationalization, portfolio simplification, and cost optimization

Base gross monthly salary starts at 4000€
In addition to the base salary, you can also earn a bonus from 20-35% of your annual base salary

Education: University degree in Telecommunications, IT, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or product leadership roles in the telecommunications or technology sector, with at least 3 years of leadership/managerial capacity
Telco Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of telecommunications products and infrastructure — including mobile networks (4G/5G), fixed broadband, fibre infrastructure, SD-WAN, private networks, IoT, and wholesale/B2B services
International Experience: Demonstrated experience working across multiple CEE or European markets, with an understanding of regional regulatory environments and market dynamics
Commercial Acumen: Strong experience with pricing strategies, business case development, and P&L management
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop cross-functional, multicultural teams in a matrixed organisation
Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data sets, market research, and financial models into clear strategic decisions
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
Languages: Fluent English required
