What will your role in the team be?

Since summer 2023, mobile products at O2 have been managed by agile cross-functional teams made up of colleagues specializing in CX, Processes, UX/UI design, data analytics, marketing communication, solution architecture, IT FE&BE development, and testing. We’re currently looking for experienced Scrum Masters to join some of these end-to-end product teams.

While your core mission is to act as a guardian of agile values, we are looking for someone who also keeps a close eye on the delivery flow. You will help the team not only to work better together but also to ensure that we are consistently hitting our milestones and delivering value to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and facilitating agile ceremonies.

  • Removing obstacles that hinder the team’s progress.

  • Closely collaborating with the Product Owner on backlog management, planning and task prioritization.

  • Managing the delivery flow and ensuring the team maintains a predictable pace to meet its commitments.

  • Proactively resolving cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.

  • Coaching the team in agile principles and supporting self-organization.

  • Ensuring smooth development processes and contribute to improving them.

  • Shielding the team from outside disruptions to maintain their focus.

  • Enhancing team dynamics while measuring squad performance, maturity & delivery effectiveness.

  • Promoting transparent and effective communication within the team.

What we expect:

  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

  • A strong delivery-oriented mindset with an emphasis on results and quality.

  • Ability to oversee the entire delivery lifecycle and identify potential bottlenecks.

  • Continuous improvement, solution oriented mindset

  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.

  • Experience in people and team development (e.g. Management 3.0, Coaching, Liberating Structures, etc.).

  • A technical background is a plus.

  • Experiences in launching new teams.

  • Proven track record in supporting the delivery of complex products.

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, strongly contributing to their outcomes.

  • Skilled in facilitating improvements and removing impediments.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • A team player who fosters transparency and collaboration.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

What we offer:

  • Base monthly salary starting at €3000 gross

  • On top of that, annual bonuses of up to 15%
