About this role

O2 Campaigns are entering a new era. 

  • We’re looking for a Campaign Management Team Lead to help shape the future of customer engagement at O2. 

Where are we going? 

  • We’re launching a real-time decisioning engine – not just for upsell or cross-sell, but to provide care and become a true digital buddy for our customers and prospects. 

  • We’re powered by a newly established Data Science function, enabling laser-focused targeting, rapid impact measurement, and fast iteration. 

  • Our world will be deeply integrated with GenAI chatbots – the first on the Slovak market – and advanced tooling such as Text Analytics and democratized data science platforms

What you’ll do?

  • Lead and inspire a team of campaign managers, helping them grow into NBA ecosystem strategists

  • Oversee the design, launch, and optimization of hyperpersonalized campaigns across channels. 

  • Translate insights into customer journeys that drive real impact. 

  • Partner closely with Data Science, Product, and CX to create scalable, measurable campaigns

  • Bring structure, governance, and vision to the evolving campaign architecture

  • Act as the diplomat between business, tech, and analytics – ensuring alignment and collaboration. 

What do we expect from you

  • Experience with campaign leading, CRM, or CVM teams in telco, digital, or subscription-driven businesses.

  • Comfort with data – whether you’re data-driven or data-informed, you can make sense of it, structure it, and know what’s needed to deliver real results.

  • Ability to think at a high level about campaign architecture and ecosystem design.

  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills – a natural diplomat.

  • Curiosity and passion for how AI and automation are redefining customer engagement.

  • Experience with direct marketing tools (Unica, Bloomreach, Salesforce, ...) is a big plus

What do we offer you?

  • Base monthly salary starting from: €3200 gross.

  • In addition to the base salary, you can also earn a bonus of up to 20% of your annual salary.

  • However, salary is not something we decide unilaterally – we’d be happy to discuss it with you in person.
