Why are you reading this?
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to help us unlock value from our data and redefine how we engage with customers.
You’ll join our Customer Engagement team, where data meets real-world impact—optimizing communication, improving experience, and driving long-term customer value.
This is not a “support” role. You’ll build solutions that directly influence how we treat and retain our customers.
What you’ll do?
Design and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines in the Azure ecosystem (yes, serious data volumes)
Develop propensity, churn, and CLV models that directly drive business actions
Turn insights into action through production-ready solutions, not just analysis
Analyze customer behavior and experience, including text and interaction data
Explore network experience data to uncover pain points at an individual level
Contribute to building and applying internal LLM-based solutions
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to ensure real-world impact
Apply if you have:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science
Strong Python and SQL skills
Experience building and deploying ML solutions end-to-end
Pragmatic mindset: you focus on outcomes, not just models
Experience with Azure / Spark is a strong plus
Bonus: experience with NLP or LLMs
